Notes types in my Zettelkasten
Below are the note types I've settled on for my personal Zettelkasten system. The terms for the note types prescribed around Zettelkasten today are highly confused and overloaded. However, I still prefer to use several of them because when unambiguously defined, they can be useful reminders of how each note type should be treated. Technically, only Evergreen Notes and are considered to be within my Zettelkasten. This is what works for me and the type of work that I do, but it may not necessarily work for everyone.
I also use the tags below within Obsidian to allow filtering and searching on each note type.
